Augmentic has been around for less than a year, but we act like we've been around for ten years. In the best sense of the word. We are building an AI platform (Augmentic_OS) that allows organizations to really do something with AI - not as an experiment, but as part of how they work.
That means trying out a lot, switching gears quickly, and following through where it works. We are a small team of experienced IT professionals, entrepreneurs and business people who know how to build a business. And now we're looking for someone who wants to do that with us.
What will you do?
You will be the first point of contact for customers getting started with Augmentic_OS. And this is where it gets fun: you get your own virtual team of AI agents supporting you and the customer. You are the team lead who decides when the agents do their jobs, and when you intervene yourself.
Specifically:
- Onboarding that's right - You help customers set up their environment, explain how it works, and make sure they see immediate results. Your AI agents help with standard questions and setup.
- Support with a human face - the AI agents handle a lot, but when things get more complex or a human touch is needed, you jump in. Via email, chat, or just a quick call.
- Training your virtual team - you make sure the knowledge base is up to date, so your AI agents (and customers) can find the right info when they need it.
- Testing & collecting feedback - new features? You test them, hear what customers think of them, and pass on what could be improved.
- Recognizing patterns - you see where customers get stuck or what keeps coming back, and figure out how we can fix that. Maybe an agent can pick it up? Or does the functionality need to be different?
- Working with the human team - product, AI specialists, Customer Success - together we make sure customers are successful.
In short: you are the bridge between technology and humans. You lead a team of AI agents who help you scale, but you're the one who makes the human connection where needed. And because we're still building, you'll help build what this position looks like.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
- Pragmatic is - you see what is needed and pick it up, without endless deliberation.
- Creative thinks - there's not always a manual, and you're fine with that.
- A go-getter is - sometimes things don't go immediately as planned, and then you move on.
- Technology interests - AI, SaaS, automation ... you don't have to be an expert, just curious.
- Deals well with people - You communicate clearly, are patient, and enjoy helping others.
- Works independently - you don't need micromanagement, but also know when to tune in.
Practicality:
- You have completed a relevant education (IT, communications, business, or something similar)
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English
- Experience with SaaS or customer success is nice, but not a requirement
